Greetings,

Thank you very much for submitting an application to become a USO Indiana volunteer!  We are always in need of new volunteers and are grateful for your interest in joining us to help with our operations in the Ft Wayne area.

 
We will be calling you soon to talk with you about your specific interests and to answer any questions you may have.  We want to be sure you have a feel for the many volunteer opportunities that we have.  We will schedule you for training as soon as possible so you can participate as fully as you'd like within our organization.

Felony and Background Check Authorization

In order to be considered for a volunteer position, all applicants must agree to submit to a security background check as required by many of the installations and airports where the USO centers are located.
